* Education & Work Experience *
I have been in Adult Learning & Development for over 10 years. I filled positions such as Learning and Development Facilitator, Training Officer and Head of Department: End User Computing.
I have experience in all aspects of learning and development, some include: Facilitation; Lesson plans; Conduct,evaluate and moderate assessments; Evaluate learning standards; Generate and review teaching and learning material; Develop methods and resources to identify and address learning solutions; Training Needs Analyses; Coordinate and implement learning projects; Evaluate, monitor and report on learning delivery ; Stakeholder liaison and Reporting.
I have a Bachelor of Education with major subjects English and Life Orientation. I am a registered Teacher with the South African Council for Educators as well as a registered Assessor and Moderator. I also hold an Education, Training and Development Practices certificate; Skills Development qualification; National Certificate: Human Resource Management; Certified Classroom Trainer and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
