Do you have passport, original degree, sealed academic transcripts and criminal background record right now? If not, can you prepare these documents soon?

I have a US passport with a F4 visa. I can prepare official transcripts and a criminal background check. I have been attempting to get them completed but due to inclement weather, it has been a challenge to get them done. I anticipate being able to complete the paper works by the end of February.
