Do you have passport, original degree, sealed academic transcripts and criminal background record right now? If not, can you prepare these documents soon?
I am currently working in Korean on an E-2 visa, so I should be able to transfer my visa fairly easily and get certified copies of these documents from either immigration or the education office. That said, I do have most of these documents collected already as well; with the exception of the criminal record check, which I could obtain within a couple of weeks through an FBI channeler.
