Education & Work Experience
Do you have passport, original degree, sealed academic transcripts and criminal background record right now? If not, can you prepare these documents soon?

I have my passport. I'm graduating on March 25, but will receive my physical diploma within 90 days after March 25. I will be applying and receiving my F4 visa in April. Academic transcripts will be available for mailing a few weeks after I graduate. I can obtain my notarized criminal background check within a week through the FBI Channeler and get it apostilled accordingly. Once I get my original degree, I can get that notarized and apostilled as well. My university, however, can provide an official letter of graduation before the arrival of my diploma early on. Although I will obtain the physical diploma within 90 days after I graduate,I can get it earlier if given a job offer that requires me to start at an earlier date.

(For Posting GB-2-2: If they just require my visa, sealed academic transcripts, and an official letter of graduation from my university, then I can work right after I get all three - perhaps near the end of April.)

Education:
At University of California, San Diego (September 2015-March 2017): I majored in International Studies - International Business with a regional focus in East Asia (South Korea and Japan). I took classes in: Finance, Project Management, Marketing, Business Strategy, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Academic Writing, and CSR.

At my previous university, Mercyhurst University (2013-2015), I majored in Computer Systems. I took classes in: Accounting, Statistics, Data Analysis, and Data Science, so I have knowledge in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Office.

I can speak, read and write in Korean, but I am really slow in it because of lack of practice. I can probably read and speak better than I can write though.

Work Experience: (from Most Recent to Oldest)

I currently work as a data entry assistant at HIV Neurobehavioral Research Program (October 2015-Present) in which I complete basic clerical work, such as continuous data entry, filing, organizing, and scanning. I also get supplemented by occasional special projects and help train the new employees.

I volunteered as a Japanese Interpreter for Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA) (June 2016-July 2016). I acted as a personal manager and as on-call support for my guests. I also reported to my supervisors and acted as their messenger for any important updates that needed to be known to all fellow interpreters. I also resolved any issues that visitors faced during the event and escalated it to the proper people when necessary.

I volunteered as FUSION XVI Sponsorship and Gifts Committee Member for Multi-Asian Student Association (January 2016-April 2016). I helped with sponsorship, fundraising, social media, and gifts for FUSION XVI Hip Hop Dance Competition.

I first worked as Usher at Mary D'Angelo Performing Arts Center and Mercyhurst Conference & Events from January 2014-January 2015, but I was then promoted to work as House Manager afterwards (January 2015-May 2015). As an usher, I managed the audience members on an individual level, worked as security during the event, performed maintenance, and took on the responsibility as house manager when necessary. As a house manager, I managed the ushers and the security of the theater, handled inquiries from the audience and the performers, and completed any administrative paperwork.
