Professional Experience
ECC- Tongyoung, South Korea English Teacher 8/2008 to 9/2009
I was a English Teacher at this position. I would prepare for classes and teach 14 students aged 5 to 16 in a classroom. I would have to make sure the classes would run smoothly and the students were learning and engaged. There would be discipline problems that I would have to deal with and many other situations where I would have to lead effectively. During my time working for ECC I never missed a single day of work.
Wilshire Credit Corp/Merrill Lynch Salem, OR Loan Workout Officer 3/2007 to 8/2008
This was a mortgage servicing company. Here I started our servicing mortgages working in an office environment. I would do things such as talking with customers about their loans, explaining contracts and contractual obligations under their loans. I would process payoffs, process loan payments, and really do all jobs in accordance with what clients may need with their mortgages. I was promoted from this position to a loan workout officer and also a specialized servicing department. Here I would work more in depth and have a specific client list of people that were struggling to stay in their homes. I would work with them to find financial options or possible loan modifications to lower their interest rates.
Various Retail and Sales Positions including Management 2000 to 12/2006
I have worked various retail positions for Tillamook Sporting Goods, Office Depot, Banana Republic, Beaverton Toyota and I was a key holder/management for Gordons Jewelers in Las Vegas. I have a lot of experience with customer service, cashiering and sales. I am great with customers and I have never had a negative complaint from either customers or management. I have never been fired from a position nor have I left a position on bad terms.
